Rosh Hashana Journal

One of the goals of Rosh Hashana is to take stock of our year and improve upon ourselves in the coming one. So, why not begin by keeping a family Aseret Yemei Teshuva Journal? You and your family can input journal entries during Aseret Yemei Teshuva regarding things that went well this year and things you'd like to change for the better. Be sure to asess your family's carbon foot print and plan accordingly for the coming year.

Encourage family members to take turns writing in the journal, adding pictures and illustrations. After you've recorded some, look through the journal and talk about your hopes and goals for the coming year.

We like lavendar honey this time of year, but try your favorite local herbs! You can use the honey any time you want an extra floral aroma.
